Grav Helix Mini Classic Spoon
At first glance, the GRAV (formerly Grav Labs) Helix Mini Classic Spoon looks a bit unusual. This is a 6-inch spoon-style pipe made of handblown boro glass that’s become a collectible due to its incredible performance.
Compact and impressively effective, the Helix is fun to use. Pack the bowl, torch it up, and take a hit while using the carb on the backside of the bowl. As you’re pulling the smoke swirls toward you in a super cool helix pattern that looks like a little tornado. The swirl of smoke is caused by three air intake holes in the Venturi chamber mouthpiece that forces it to split into three smaller streams.
Not only does it get more fun to watch the swirling smoke the longer you smoke, you’ll notice right away that the hits you get from the Helix are surprisingly big and smooth coming from a pipe that doesn’t use any water.
This compact pipe is portable enough to join you on your outings. If you’re in the mood to share, the Helix has a nice deep bowl for sharing rips with friends. The Helix is outfitted with built-in feet so it can be set upright for those rare times you’re not using it.
